Slightly Off-Balance

Thanks for stopping by.  Here’s a little about me:

• I am a strong, independent woman, who relies entirely on her husband for cooking, grocery shopping, laundry and sanity. 
• I value loyalty, honesty and the need for the occasional white lie
• I am goal-oriented and lazy.
• I love cocktails and a full social calendar and my favorite way to spend an evening is home with a good book.
• I am a fiercely protective mother and believe in letting children learn from their own mistakes.

In other words, I contradict myself on a daily basis, and am slightly off-balance, which I think is perfectly normal.  You I am a working mother of a 8-year old boy and 5 year-old girl, who crams too much into her happy suburban life.

To combat my craziness, I love lists, organization and sharing life’s humor with others.  My saviors are my friends, my husband, my family and cocktails.
